Service request

If you have already had your system handover and are experiencing issues with your system, you can submit an online service request using the form below.

Please note: Intelligent Home provides a 3-month warranty on the installation of products. Any service requests made outside of the standard warranty period may incur a fee as detailed below:

  • Service Call Out Fee: $198 inc GST (includes 30 minutes of on-site support)
  • Additional On-site Time: $99 inc GST per additional 30 minutes
