If you have already had your system handover and are experiencing issues with your system, please send an email to [email protected]ย with the following details:
- Your name
- Contact number
- Site address
- Description of the issue
Our team will assist you as soon as possible. Please provide as much information as possible, as this will help us determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely or if a technician needs to attend the site for further investigation.
Please note: Intelligent Home provides a 3-month warranty on the installation of products. Any service requests made outside of the standard warranty period may incur a fee as detailed below:
- Service Call Out Fee: $198 inc GST (includes 30 minutes of on-site support)
- Additional On-site Time: $99 inc GST per additional 30 minutes
