Brenton Morris
Director & BusinessĀ ManagerĀ
Brenton comes from an extensiveĀ Hi-Fi and custom home theatre background. Starting in the industry as an installer, moving into sales and finally management, Brenton became involved in Intelligent Home as director in the year 2000 and is in charge of business and technology development. Brenton is heavily involved in many industry organisations including the Housing Industry Australia. Helping in promoting the industries standards/practices and education for industry members, Brenton has over 30 yearsā€™ experience in the electronics industry.
Ray Crump
Group Operations Manager
A graduate in Business Management from Edith Cowan University, Ray was employed as a General Manager in Perth and later as the National Operations Manager working for a leading manufacturer, supplier of products and equipment to the Australian & New Zealand construction markets - providing technical expertise in the supply, manufacture and warehousing of construction and decorative concrete products, equipment and tools. Ray ran a network of national distribution centres, Trade Stores and Trade Agents across Australia and New Zealand.
John Neill
Group Construction Manager
Originally a carpenter and joiner from the United Kingdom, John relocated to Australia in 2006 following his service in the British Forces. In 2008, he joined Intelligent Home as a telecommunications technician, where he quickly demonstrated his dedication, enthusiasm, and aptitude for the job. With his strong leadership skills, John has continued to play a vital role in the company's success as Group Construction Manager. He is also a trained Mates ASIST worker, championing mental health issues in the workplace.
Greg Lynch
Chief Financial Officer
Greg was introduced to the Company in 2012 as a consultant; he was subsequently offered a full time position and has been with Intelligent Home since.Ā Greg has a corporate management background including time at the Mobil Oil Company as a territory manager and in new build evaluation and development. He has been involved in a variety of different industries and businesses over time; including wholesaling, importing, manufacturing and retail.
Paul Simeone
Group Electrical Manager
With 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, Paul Simeone is the driving force behind Intelligent Home's electrical services division. Paul's journey began in 1998, and he has since built a strong foundation working in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. He led his own electrical contracting business from 2010 to 2020 and transitioned to a supervisor's role at Wesco Residential in 2021. Currently, as Group Electrical Manager, Paul oversees daily operations and offers guidance and training to our teams. His dedication to staying updated on industry innovations and building strong partnerships underscores our commitment to excellence.
Daniel King
Custom Design Manager
With a family background in audiovisual and electronics, Daniel grew up spending his childhood in his grandfather’s Hi-Fi store. An electrical engineering graduate from Curtin, his forte is technical product information, system design and project management. Daniel’s aim with every client is to offer the most technically advanced products made simple to operate, creating comfort in their new home. He is certified as a Cedia Designer 1 which covers all aspects of the custom electronics industry including sales, marketing and management. Daniel is also THX and Cedia Installer 1 certified.
Tim Jones
Sales Manager
Tim began his career at Intelligent Home in 2012 as a system integrator. With his previous experience as a Harvey Norman brown goods floor manager and natural leadership skills, he manages our team of remote and in-house sales representatives. Additionally, Tim leads our educational training sessions for builders and the sales team. His love of technology and ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-tech audiences has helped him shape our customer service focused sales team.
Daniel Moynihan
Integration Manager
Daniel has a diverse background, having owned and operated a successful gym and managed projects for a commercial electrical company. He also has experience in human resources, sales, and marketing roles for large corporate companies. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Sports Science, Daniel enjoys learning and challenging himself. His positive attitude and commitment to personal growth make a valuable contribution to the team.
Doug Crockett
Assistive Technology Manager
Doug manages the Assistive Technology division of Intelligent Home that develops solutions for NDIS participants, specialised disability accommodation (SDA) and aged care. Doug has 19 years of experience integrating technology into people's lives and is excited about the opportunity to use his skills to improve the independence, security and lifestyle of people living with a disability, including NDIS participants and the elderly.
